Manitoulin Family Resources requires 1 Full Time Child and Youth Outreach Worker to support the children and youth in our emergency residence/shelter program. The Child and Youth Worker provides supportive counselling, crisis intervention, safety planning, navigation to other services and advocacy for those residing at the shelter and individuals who utilize our outreach programs. Working to provide early intervention to child witnesses of violence against women, conducting intake assessment/analysis to consistently meet the needs of children and youth in our VAWP programs through the access to stable, ongoing prevention and early intervention supports.
